Security Officer Unarmed Overnight Driver Site Inspection

About the role

As a Security Officer Unarmed Driver Site Inspection in Archbald, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in industries such as Aero/Defense. This driving post requires a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. You will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service and communication. This is a part-time role with flexible scheduling through the Claim a Shift platform.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors at an aerospace and defense-related location by carrying out site-specific procedures, access protocols, and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter areas to identify and report unusual activity, hazards, and access concerns.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, maintain visitor and contractor records, and report unauthorized entry attempts according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate site contacts and emergency responders when required.
• Prepare clear, accurate activity and incident reports, maintain required logs, and communicate relevant security-related information to Allied Universal leadership and site personnel.

Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
