About the Role

As a Security Officer Unarmed Driver Patrol Inspection in Southaven, MS, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare and more. You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff. This driving post requires a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Deliver exceptional customer service and communication while working with integrity, reliability, innovation, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and/or vendors while carrying out site-specific procedures, policies, and emergency response activities in a healthcare location.
  • Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, and other critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established protocols and notifying appropriate personnel.
  • Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of assigned buildings, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
  • Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify authorization as directed by site procedures, and report irregularities or policy violations to appropriate personnel.
  • Complete required activity logs, incident reports, and shift documentation accurately and promptly.

Requirements

  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

$19.00 / Hour

  • Thursday: 09:00 PM - 05:00 AM
  • Friday: 09:00 PM - 05:00 AM
  • Saturday: 09:00 PM - 05:00 AM
  • Sunday: 09:00 PM - 05:00 AM
