Security Officer Site Patrol Clearance Required

About the role

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer supporting a dynamic aero and defense location in Richardson, TX, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help reduce security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and/or contractors by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and emergency response activities at a dynamic aerospace and defense location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor authorization, and report policy violations, suspicious behavior, or maintenance issues through established reporting channels.
• Support daily operations by maintaining a visible presence, assisting with directions and general inquiries, and completing required logs, reports, and other security-related documentation.

Requirements

• An active DoD TS-SCI clearance is required.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

$19.53 / hour

• Monday: 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Wednesday: 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Saturday: 07:00 AM - 07:00 PM
• Sunday: 07:00 AM - 07:00 PM
