Security Officer Secret Clearance Required Site Patrol

About the role

Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic tech, media, and telecom location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including offices, common areas, entry points, and perimeter areas, helping to identify unusual activity and/or security-related concerns.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and other sensitive areas to help support authorized access, visitor processing, and compliance with location protocols.
• Support a professional presence at a technology-focused location by reporting maintenance issues, hazards, and/or suspicious activity to the appropriate personnel.

Requirements

• Possess 3+ years of combined law enforcement, military, or security-related experience or a college degree.
• Possess an active DoD Secret Clearance.
• Be 21+ years of age.
• A Guard Card or license is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification are preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

• Minimum qualifications include a valid driver’s license for driving positions only.
