Security Officer - Shift Supervisor

About the role

GardaWorld Security Services is now hiring a Security Officer – Shift Supervisor. The role involves adapting to various missions, including customer service, patrols, and surveillance. The position requires full-time availability and flexibility to work various shifts.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the premises to ensure security
• Conduct patrols to spot any suspicious activity
• Control access points and verify identities
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining security
• Write detailed reports on events and incidents
• Collaborate with authorities during serious situations
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property
• Oversee and support security officers during assigned shifts
• Ensure all officers follow company policies, procedures, and safety protocols

Requirements

• Schedule: Full Time - Required to have open availability and work various shifts. Specific shift and schedule information will be discussed during the interview process.
• Competitive hourly wage of $17.48-$19.02 (DailyPay is available for GardaWorld employees!)

• Shift Supervisor or Lead experience is required
• Minimum 6 months of security experience is required. Military or law enforcement backgrounds are highly valued.
• You have a CLEET license or the ability to obtain one
• Be able to think quickly and adapt to changing situations
• Responsive and strong problem-solving skills
• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must have valid Driver's license
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Ability to pass an extensive screening process
