What You'll Do
- Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security-related screening procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Screen employees, visitors, packages, and/or personal belongings entering or leaving the location in accordance with post orders and client guidelines.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report unusual activity through proper communication channels.
- Monitor entry and exit points, verify access permissions, and help to deter unauthorized access to shipping, receiving, and distribution areas.
- Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter, observing for policy violations, operational concerns, and other unusual conditions.
Minimum Requirements
- At least 2 years of security-related experience is required.
- Access control and badge experience is preferred.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license for driving positions only.
