Security Officer Rover - Clearance Required

About the role

Join Allied Universal at a dynamic aerospace and defense location as an unarmed Patrol Officer.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report details according to site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout assigned buildings, grounds, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity and observe site conditions.
• Monitor access points and sensitive areas, verify credentials when required, and document security-related concerns, policy violations, and/or maintenance issues for follow-up.
• Support Allied Universal and site leadership by communicating clearly with staff, visitors, and/or first responders during routine operations and escalated events.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Possess an active DoD Secret Clearance.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

DayTime: Tue 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM, Wed 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM, Fri 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM, Sat 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
