What You'll Do
- Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an aero and defense location.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or emergency personnel as needed.
- Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout buildings, production areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and report unusual conditions.
- Monitor access points and verify credentials, visitor logs, and/or delivery activity in accordance with site protocols while helping to maintain orderly operations.
- Prepare clear, timely reports of incidents, patrol activity, and policy-related concerns, and relay important information during shift changes and/or to Allied Universal leadership.
Minimum Requirements
- An active DoD Secret Clearance is required.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
