Security Officer Patrol Rover

About the role

As a Security Officer Patrol Rover in West Point, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Auto, and more. Join Allied Universal at a dynamic automotive location where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, stay visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment through strong customer service and communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by following site-specific procedures and supporting security-related protocols throughout the automotive location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns through appropriate channels when needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, parking lots, entry points, and/or perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity or conditions that may need attention.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials when required, and document security-related events, observations, and/or incidents in accordance with site policies.
• Support emergency response activities and assist with traffic flow, vehicle lot observations, and/or facility access coordination as directed by site procedures.

Requirements

• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
