What You'll Do

  • Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a food and beverage location.
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and document observations, actions taken, and/or unusual activity according to site guidelines.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production, warehouse, parking, and perimeter areas to help identify unauthorized activity, unsecured access points, and/or conditions that may require attention.

Minimum Requirements

  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • Access control and badge experience is preferred.
  • Comfort with using a computer or tablet is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
