Security Officer Patrol Driver - Third Shift

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to staff, patients, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a healthcare location.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter access points to help identify and report security-related concerns.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and other sensitive areas to help support authorized access practices and report suspicious behavior, hazards, and/or policy violations.
• Aid in de-escalation, directions, and general assistance for visitors and personnel while helping to maintain order in a professional manner.

Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
