Security Officer Patrol Driver

As a Security Officer Patrol Driver in Monroe, NY, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Utilities, and more. Join a leading team where flexibility meets opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel at a utility office front desk while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies.
• Monitor visitor access, verify identification and authorization as required, issue visitor credentials, and maintain accurate visitor and contractor logs.
• Answer incoming calls, provide directions and general information, and route inquiries to appropriate personnel in a courteous and professional manner.
• Observe front-desk activity and report unusual, suspicious, or unauthorized activity to appropriate site contacts and/or emergency responders.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures.

Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfortably using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
