Security Officer Patrol Driver

Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to residents, guests, and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, community policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
- Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, and problem-solving manner.
- Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of residential buildings, common areas, parking areas, and the property perimeter.
- Monitor for unauthorized access, suspicious activity, property damage, and policy violations, and report observations according to site procedures.
- Document patrol activity and incidents through accurate written and/or electronic reports, and contact emergency services or property management when appropriate.
Requirements
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- A guard card/license is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
