Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and drivers by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a logistics and distribution location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, parking areas, trailer yards, loading docks, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor entry and exit activity for personnel, visitors, and delivery traffic, helping to verify access permissions, direct arrivals, and support orderly site operations.
• Assist with access control, vehicle checks, and incident reporting while maintaining a visible presence that helps to support security-related awareness across the location.

Requirements

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
