Security Officer Patrol

About the role

Join Allied Universal at a healthcare location where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, stay visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service and communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service within a healthcare location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or urgent situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while coordinating with staff, visitors, and/or first responders as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual behavior.
• Monitor access points and observe facility activity to help to deter unauthorized entry, support visitor direction, and report security-related concerns according to site procedures.
• Document incidents, patrol observations, and/or notable activity in a clear and timely manner, and communicate relevant updates to site leadership and Allied Universal management.

Requirements

• Security Experience - 1+ Years is required.
• Lift More Than 20 lbs is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
