Job Description

As a Security Officer Patrol Driver Coordinator in Baytown, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Chemical/Petrochemical, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a chemical and petrochemical location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, remain visible to help deter incidents, and support access activity with strong communication and customer service.

• Client Requires Proof of HS Diploma/GED

What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to employees, contractors, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a chemical and petrochemical location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting unusual activity to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, operational areas, access points, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify security-related concerns and/or unauthorized activity.
• Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials and/or visitor information as directed by site policies, and help to deter unauthorized access to restricted areas.
• Support incident reporting and communication by maintaining accurate logs, completing required reports, and relaying important updates related to site conditions, personnel activity, and/or emergency situations.

Minimum Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
• Proof of a high school diploma or GED is required by the client.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
