Security Officer Part Time Unarmed Patrol Reporting

About the role
As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a food and beverage location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate clearly, and respond professionally to concerns while reflecting Allied Universal’s agile, reliable, innovative, caring, team-focused, and integrity-driven values.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to clients, employees, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures.
- Conduct regular and random patrols of the food production facility, exterior grounds, parking areas, access points, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
- Monitor access to the location, verify visitor and contractor authorization, and maintain accurate visitor, vehicle, and incident documentation.
- Observe facility operations for unusual conditions, report maintenance or security-related concerns, and support compliance with site procedures for a food and beverage environment.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

- Monday: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
- Tuesday: 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
- Wednesday: 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
