Security Officer Part Time Unarmed Patrol Documentation

About the role

As a Security Officer Part Time Unarmed Patrol at Allied Universal in Fountain Hill, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors, staff, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of residential buildings, common areas, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for residents, visitors, and staff.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, contacting emergency responders and/or site contacts as directed by established procedures.
• Complete required reports, patrol logs, and incident documentation accurately and promptly.

Requirements

• Possess at least 1 year of law enforcement experience, 2 years of security-related supervisor/manager experience, or 3 years of security-related experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
