As an Unarmed Patrol Officer, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas at a dynamic technology-focused location, maintaining a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. You will conduct routine patrols, report observations, and provide exceptional customer service and communication to employees and visitors.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a technology-focused business location.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to site procedures.
- Conduct regular and random foot and vehicle patrols of the facility, business perimeter, parking areas, entrances, and restricted-access areas to help deter unauthorized activity.
- Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed by site policy, and report suspicious behavior, maintenance concerns, or policy violations.
- Complete detailed activity reports, incident documentation, and shift handoffs while maintaining a professional presence and clear communication with site personnel.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
Pay and schedule
Pay Rate: $20.00 / Hour
Schedule: Saturday 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM, Sunday 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
