As an Unarmed Patrol Officer supporting a dynamic technology, media, and telecommunications location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, manage access control, and provide exceptional customer service. You will communicate professionally with employees and visitors while supporting a welcoming environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities.
- Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of office areas, building perimeters, parking areas, access points, and other designated locations to help identify unusual activity and deter unauthorized access.
- Monitor access control points, visitor activity, and facility conditions; verify credentials and follow site procedures for reporting access concerns.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; communicate observations to appropriate site contacts and emergency responders as directed.
- Document patrols, incidents, and noteworthy observations in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific reporting procedures.
Requirements
- Access control and badge experience is preferred.
- A guard card or license is preferred.
- CPR certification is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

$20.00 / hour

- Saturday: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
- Sunday: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
