What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or vendors while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of manufacturing areas, parking lots, access points, and the facility perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and verify visitor, contractor, and delivery credentials in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and documenting actions taken.
• Complete detailed activity reports, incident reports, and shift logs, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements

• Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Have at least 2 years of law enforcement, military, and/or corrections experience.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
