What You'll Do
- Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and delivery drivers at a technology and logistics location by carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related protocols.
- Screen employees, visitors, contractors, packages, and deliveries in accordance with site access requirements and established screening processes.
- Operate access control, visitor management, and screening equipment; verify credentials and maintain accurate entry and incident documentation.
- Respond to incidents, prohibited-item alerts, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; communicate observations to appropriate site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
- Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned screening areas, entry points, and surrounding perimeter to help to deter unauthorized access and identify potential security-related concerns.
Minimum Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
