Security Officer Part Time Patrols

About the role

As a Security Officer Part Time, you will patrol in Shepherdsville, KY, serving and safeguarding clients in various industries including Tech/Media/Telecom.

Responsibilities

• Carry out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and document observations.
• Conduct regular and random patrols to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points, verify visitor and contractor activity, and support badge, sign-in, and escort procedures.
• Communicate with site contacts, employees, and visitors regarding security-related concerns and incident updates.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of security-related experience.
• At least 21 years of age.
• At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Pass a background investigation and drug screen.
• Valid driver's license for driving positions.

Pay

$18.25 per hour.

Schedule

Daytime shifts available from 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
