Security Officer Part Time Patrols

About the role

As a Security Officer Part Time at Allied Universal, you will patrol an aerospace and defense location, providing customer service, responding to incidents, conducting patrols, and supporting daily operations.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and emergency response activities.
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns through appropriate channels.
  • Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout buildings, restricted areas, and perimeter points to help deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
  • Maintain a visible presence, communicate with site contacts, and follow Allied Universal standards for reporting and incident response.

Requirements

  • Be at least 21 years of age.
  • Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
  • The ability to lift up to 20 lbs is preferred.
  • A guard card/license is preferred.
  • CPR certification is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

  • Florida State Security Agency License No. B8500287

DayTime: Mon 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM, Wed 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM
