$15.91 / Hour

Job Schedule

Fixed-Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts”): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment. Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part-time hours this week and full-time the next. It’s all up to you.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access control practices, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, property concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and sharing relevant details with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the building, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity, unsecured access points, and/or maintenance-related issues.
• Monitor entrances, lobbies, and other assigned locations within the commercial real estate property to help support authorized access, visitor direction, and adherence to site policies.
• Aid with incident reporting, alarm response, and communication with tenants, visitors, building management, and/or first responders as needed during routine operations or unexpected events.

Minimum Requirements

• Possess 2 or more years of security-related experience.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Be comfortable using a computer or tablet preferred.
• Possess customer service experience preferred.
• Possess alarm panel experience preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
