Join Allied Universal as an unarmed officer in a fast-paced logistics and distribution location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or drivers by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and document observations and actions according to site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout loading areas, parking lots, trailer yards, entry points, and the perimeter to help identify unusual activity and/or policy violations.
• Monitor access points and verify approved entry for personnel, visitors, and/or deliveries while following post orders and reporting concerns to site leadership.
• Support loss prevention and operational continuity by observing package handling areas, reporting hazards and/or suspicious activity, and communicating with local contacts as needed.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
