What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner and report observations according to site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, entry points, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and help to manage the flow of visitors, patients, and/or staff in accordance with location guidelines and assigned post instructions.
• Support healthcare location operations by documenting incidents, communicating with site contacts and/or first responders, and following post orders during routine and emergency situations.

Minimum Requirements

• Client requires proof of high school diploma or GED.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
