$18.00 / Hour

Job Schedule

Fixed-Shift Commitment ("Anchor Shifts"): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment. Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and contractors by carrying out site-specific access control procedures, badging requirements, and other security-related policies at the location.
• Monitor entrances, exits, gates, and designated access points to help confirm that only authorized individuals and vehicles are permitted on site.
• Verify identification, credentials, and visitor information, document arrivals and departures, and communicate clearly with site contacts regarding access requests and/or delivery activity.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report security-related concerns according to post procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business, perimeter, and key utility infrastructure areas to help identify unusual conditions and/or unauthorized activity.

Minimum Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
