Security Officer Part Time Driver Rounds

About the role

As a Security Officer Part Time Driver Rounds in MENLO PARK, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. Join a leading team where flexibility meets opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with property contacts and/or first responders as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout building interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter access points to help identify unusual activity and/or maintenance concerns.
• Monitor entry points, common areas, and/or assigned posts to help support authorized access, observe site activity, and report suspicious behavior or policy violations.
• Complete routine reports, logs, and/or incident documentation while following Allied Universal standards and client-directed post orders.

Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• Applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
