Security Officer Part Time Driver

About the role

Apart from serving and safeguarding clients in various industries like Manufacturing & Industrial, you will also support daily operations by monitoring and patrolling assigned areas, responding to incidents, and delivering customer service.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control practices, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns according to site policies.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, parking areas, shipping and receiving zones, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials when required, and communicate with site contacts regarding deliveries, contractor access, and other security-related matters.
• Support order at the location by following post instructions, reporting maintenance or hazard-related issues to the appropriate site contact, and assisting with routine operational needs as directed.

Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
