Pay Rate
$17.00 / Hour
Job Schedule
Fixed-Shift Commitment ("Anchor Shifts"): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.
Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a retail location.
- Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and notifying site contacts when needed.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the sales floor, entrances, parking areas, stockroom corridors, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity and/or potential concerns.
- Monitor access points, observe customer and employee traffic, and report suspicious behavior, policy violations, and/or hazards according to post instructions.
- Support loss prevention awareness by maintaining a visible presence, assisting with de-escalation when appropriate, and/or helping to deter unauthorized activity across the location.
Minimum Requirements
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
