As a Security Officer Identity Verification in Ontario, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As an Access Control Officer at a retail distribution location, you will help manage entry points, verify credentials, monitor access activity, and maintain a professional presence that helps deter incidents.

What You'll Do
- Provide customer service to clients, visitors, delivery drivers, and team members by carrying out site-specific access-control procedures, policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Monitor access points at a retail distribution location, verify credentials and authorization for employees, contractors, and visitors, and maintain accurate visitor and entry records.
- Screen incoming and outgoing vehicle traffic as directed, document deliveries and departures, and report access discrepancies or unusual activity to site leadership.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures.
- Conduct regular and random patrols around access areas, the business, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized entry and identify security-related concerns.
Minimum Requirements
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
