Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by following site-specific access control procedures, screening visitors, verifying credentials, and monitoring entry and exit activity at the location.
• Monitor doors, gates, badge readers, and related access points to help deter unauthorized entry and/or suspicious activity.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report security-related concerns according to site protocol.
• Maintain visitor logs, contractor sign-in records, and other required documentation, and communicate access-related updates with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter to observe conditions, identify unusual activity, and support emergency response activities when appropriate.

Requirements

• A current guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include a valid driver’s license for driving positions only.
