As a Security Officer Identity Verification in Palm City, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more. Join Allied Universal at a residential location where you will help manage access points, monitor activity, and support residents, guests, and staff with professional customer service and communication.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to residents, guests, and vendors by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a residential location.
- Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and visitor authorization, and document arrivals, departures, and other access-related activity according to property guidelines.
- Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with property management and/or public emergency services when needed.
- Conduct regular and random patrols around residential buildings, common areas, parking locations, and perimeter access points to help to deter unauthorized activity and report unusual conditions.
- Support front gate and community access operations by providing directions, answering questions, and maintaining accurate logs and reports related to security-related activities.
Requirements
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- A guard card or license is required.
- Applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- Applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licenses are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
