Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol Customer Support

In this full‑time unarmed patrol customer support position in Auburn, WA, you will serve and safeguard clients in industries such as aerospace and defense. You will conduct routine patrols, monitor assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to deter incidents, support access‑control activities, and provide outstanding customer service and clear communication while contributing to a secure environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate within an aerospace and defense location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and documenting activities in accordance with site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facilities, production areas, office spaces, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed by site procedures, and report access concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Complete accurate daily activity reports, incident documentation, and shift handoff communications in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.

Requirements

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles (21 + for armed roles).
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Applicants with criminal histories will be considered in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment, depending on state or local regulations.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.
