$14.00 per hour

Schedule

Daytime – Monday through Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, drivers, visitors, and employees by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the distribution facility, loading areas, trailer yards, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity and report observations.
• Monitor access points and verify authorized entry for employees, contractors, delivery personnel, and visitors in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, escalating concerns to appropriate site contacts and/or emergency services as directed.
• Complete clear and accurate reports, logs, and shift handoffs related to patrols, access activity, incidents, and other security‑related observations.

Minimum Requirements

• Customer service experience (preferred).
• Access control and badge experience (preferred).
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet (preferred).
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation required in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.
• Applicants with criminal histories will be considered consistent with applicable laws.
• Drug screening required to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment, subject to state and/or local regulations.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.
