As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol Access Control in Bristow, VA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, monitor access points, and support a welcoming environment for tenants and visitors. You will provide exceptional customer service and clear communication while responding to security-related concerns. Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, entry points, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor, contractor, and delivery activity; report unusual conditions and maintain required documentation.
• Communicate professionally with site contacts, visitors, and responding emergency personnel while supporting a professional environment.

Requirements

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Experience with access control and badge systems is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Pay

$23.36 per hour.

Schedule

Full-time, daytime: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM.
