Security Officer Full Time Patrol Driver - Split Shift

About the role

As a Security Officer Full Time Patrol Driver in Racine, WI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As a driving unarmed Security Officer, you will monitor and patrol a retail location, maintaining a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. You will conduct routine patrols, respond to concerns, and deliver exceptional customer service through clear communication.

Schedule

• Daytime schedule: Mon 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM, Fri 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM, Sat 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM, Sun 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM

Pay

• $18.00 / Hour

What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, employees, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies at a retail or mall location.
• Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following applicable emergency response protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of retail areas, common spaces, entrances, exits, parking areas, and the surrounding perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe site activity, reporting suspicious behavior, hazards, and/or policy violations to appropriate personnel.
• Complete accurate daily activity reports, incident documentation, and shift communications in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.

Requirements

• Candidates MUST have a valid driver's license with at least one year of driving history
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment
