About the role

As a Security Officer Full Time Patrol Driver in Racine, WI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at a retail or mall location by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies.
  • Respond to incidents, disturbances, and emergency situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures.
  • Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the location, including sales areas, common spaces, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter access points.
  • Observe and report suspicious activity, policy violations, hazards, and maintenance concerns to appropriate site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
  • Aid with access control, visitor direction, and support for a welcoming environment while helping to deter unauthorized activity.

Requirements

  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
