About the role
As a Security Officer Patrol Driver in Horicon, WI, you will serve and safeguard clients in industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial. You will conduct routine patrols, monitor access points, and remain visible to help deter security-related incidents. This driving position includes operating in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements while delivering outstanding customer service and clear communication.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, contractors, and/or vendors at a manufacturing and industrial location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities.
- Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of manufacturing areas, offices, parking areas, access points, and the facility perimeter to help identify and report unusual conditions or policy concerns.
- Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed by site procedures, and document entries, exits, and deliveries.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate site contacts and emergency responders when required.
- Complete accurate reports, maintain activity logs, and communicate observations, incidents, and maintenance concerns to Allied Universal leadership and site management.
Requirements
- Proof of a high school diploma or GED is required.
- Valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
- Comfortability using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- Access control and badge experience is preferred.
- At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Subject to a background investigation and drug screen as a condition of employment.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
