Security Officer - Split Shift

Schedule

• Friday‑Saturday 7:00am‑3:00pm & Sunday‑Tuesday 3:00pm‑11:00pm (must be able to work all shifts)
• Thursday‑Saturday 3:00pm‑11:00pm & Sunday‑Monday 11:00pm‑7:00am (must be able to work all shifts)

Pay

$19.73/hr (DailyPay available for GardaWorld employees)

Responsibilities

• Customer service duties like welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors
• Manage access control
• Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks
• Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
• Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience – a plus
• New York Security License required
