Minimum Requirements

• Minimum 1 plus years of Security experience Or prior Law Enforcement or Military experience required
• Access control and badge experience is preferred
• Customer service experience is preferred
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent

Qualifications

• Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Skills

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a commercial property location.
• Respond to incidents, maintenance concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant information to property management and/or emergency personnel as needed.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout lobbies, common areas, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter points to help to deter unwanted activity and report unusual conditions.
• Maintain a vigilant presence and ensure compliance with all security protocols.
• Monitor entry points, observe site activity, and document security-related incidents, policy violations, and/or operational issues in accordance with post orders and client guidelines.
