Security Officer Full Time Patrol Driver - Day Shift

About the role

As a Security Officer Full Time Patrol Driver in Saint Paul, MN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. This driving post requires a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy. Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a medical technology and manufacturing location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, production areas, offices, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify authorized entry as directed by site procedures, and maintain accurate activity reports.
• Document incidents, observations, and completed patrols in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific reporting requirements.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

$23.18 / Hour

• Day shift: 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM
• Monday through Friday
