What You'll Do
- Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns according to site protocols.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production, warehouse, office, parking, and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
- Monitor access points and verify entry authorization for staff, visitors, deliveries, and/or vendors while following location procedures for screening and visitor processing.
- Support daily operations at an automotive location by communicating clearly with site contacts, assisting with traffic and parking flow, and reporting maintenance or security-related issues observed during patrols.

Minimum Requirements
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.
- CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
