About the role

As a Security Officer Full Time Mobile Driving Role in Edmond, OK, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. As a Driving Patrol Unarmed Officer at a food and beverage location, you will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. You will support a welcoming environment while representing Allied Universal’s agile, reliable, innovative, and people-first culture through teamwork and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors at a food and beverage manufacturing location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, production-adjacent areas, parking areas, entry points, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and verify authorized entry for employees, contractors, deliveries, and visitors in accordance with site-specific requirements.
• Document observations, incidents, and security-related concerns accurately and promptly, communicating relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal management.

Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
