GardaWorld Security Services is seeking a Patrol Security Officer to build meaningful connections and provide exceptional customer service in environments such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers.
About the role
As a Security Officer – Patrol, you will engage with people across all shifts, focusing on customer service while maintaining security through regular foot patrols.

- 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM
- 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM
- 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM
- Days to be determined
Pay
Competitive hourly wage of $17.00 per hour. DailyPay is available for GardaWorld employees.

Responsibilities
- Conduct regular foot patrols of assigned areas to maintain security and deter unauthorized activity
- Perform security scans and inspections of buildings, entrances, exits, and perimeter grounds
- Monitor for safety hazards, suspicious activity, and policy violations; report concerns immediately
- Complete detailed daily activity logs, incident reports, and patrol documentation with accuracy
- Respond promptly to alarms, disturbances, and emergency situations following established procedures
- Verify doors, gates, windows, and restricted areas are properly secured during patrol rounds
Requirements
- Must be comfortable walking long distances
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- 1-2 years of security experience preferred
- Customer service and/or concierge experience is a plus
- High school diploma or GED required
- Must pass an extensive screening process
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Proficient in basic phone and computer skills
- Security, military, or law enforcement experience is a strong advantage
