Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a food and beverage production location.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols and reporting requirements.
- Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouses, offices, parking areas, access points, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
- Monitor access to the location by verifying credentials, documenting visitor and contractor entry, and reporting irregularities to site leadership and/or Allied Universal supervision.
- Observe and report conditions that may affect operations, personnel, product areas, or property, and complete accurate daily activity reports and incident documentation.
