Job Description
As a Security Officer Patrol College Qualified in Charlotte, NC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a financial institution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remain visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service and communication.

What You'll Do
- Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a financial institution location.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or first responders as needed.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the lobby, customer areas, offices, exterior grounds, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
- Maintain a visible presence, provide directional assistance, and complete required reports related to security-related incidents, patrols, and/or customer interactions.
Minimum Requirements
- Possess 3+ years of combined law enforcement, military, or security-related experience, or a college degree.
- Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED as required by the client.
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- CPR certification is preferred.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
