What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts according to post instructions.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout assigned buildings, controlled areas, parking areas, and perimeter points, helping to identify unauthorized activity and/or conditions that may require follow-up.
• Monitor access points and verify entry and exit activity according to site protocols, helping to support authorized access for employees, visitors, and/or deliveries.
• Complete routine reports, logs, and pass-down communications related to patrol activity, incidents, and/or security-related concerns observed during the shift.

Minimum Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licenses are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
