Security Officer Foot Patrol

About the role

As a Security Officer Foot Patol in Boca Raton, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remain visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating relevant details to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and perimeter, helping to deter unwanted activity and reporting maintenance concerns, hazards, and/or unusual conditions.

Requirements

• Have at least 6 months of security-related experience.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for role.
• Guard card is required.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include a valid driver’s license for driving positions only.

Skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Physical fitness to perform patrol duties.
